The Pigeon is exhausted, having allocated the last two tickets for the Ark to the Penguins just before the Great Flood sent by God arrives. However, because space is so tight, only two of every species have been given the life-saving boarding passes. But the two Penguins can't possibly leave their friend, the Third Penguin, in the lurch. What are they going to do?
Ulrich Hub's play asks the great questions about God and the world in a wonderfully comic, irreverent, liberating and yet profound way. The author is helped in the search for God by his figures – the penguins. They approach the questions of faith naively, and as a consequence keep finding simple, convincing answers.
