Theater tickets (up to four per order) can also be purchased online on the Theater Erfurt websites theater-erfurt.de and domstufen-festspiele.de. A system fee of €1.50 applies to each ticket booked online. For online bookings made at least ten days before the event date, the tickets can be sent by mail for a processing fee of €3.00 per order (for international bookings, the deadline is fifteen days before the booked event date). After that, the tickets will be held at the event box office. Special prices are available exclusively through our visitor service. When using the Ticketdirect/Wallet (instant print) shipping option, printing your theater ticket is only necessary if it cannot be presented digitally at the entrance. The printed ticket must not be duplicated or altered in any way. Please have a valid photo ID ready for inspection at the entrance. Theater Erfurt assumes no liability for the loss or misuse of Ticketdirect tickets. Discounted tickets for wheelchair users and persons with disabilities, as well as tickets for accompanying persons, are available exclusively through the Visitor Service.

Box Offices
The box offices at the DomStufen site open one hour before the start of each event. Access to the audience stands is possible approximately 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Lost Tickets
In case of loss, a replacement ticket can be issued. However, the holder of the original ticket has priority over the holder of the replacement ticket.

Discounts
Seniors, students, people with disabilities, as well as holders of a social welfare pass from the city of Erfurt and other cities, can receive a discount for the DomStufen-Festspiele upon presentation of the corresponding identification. People with disabilities with an official ID (with the "B" mark in the disability ID card) can be accompanied free of charge to performances at the DomStufen site by a person recognized as necessary. Wheelchair users (and their possible accompanying person) can only purchase tickets directly from the visitor service.

Upon presentation of the corresponding identification, students, trainees, and federal voluntary service providers can, subject to availability, purchase tickets for the DomStufen-Festspiele at a price of 30 euros for all performances. This offer does not apply to Domino events.
