Weather
We can always guarantee a wonderful opera evening in a unique atmosphere – but we have absolutely no influence on the weather. So please note the following: If a performance has to be cancelled before the start, you can return your tickets. The stipulations for returning tickets are listed in our General Terms of Business. Our staff will also be happy to provide information in person. If a performance has to be briefly interrupted due to bad weather, it will be completed afterwards as a concert performance. In the event of storms or heavy rain, the performance and seating areas will be cleared.
We recommend that you wear rainproof clothing but would ask you to refrain from using umbrellas as these can block other people’s view. Rain capes can be purchased on the festival site. For safety and security reasons, we also ask that you do not bring large items of luggage or large bags/cases into the stands.
