DOMINO – DomStufen-Festspiele for Children 2017 (2015)

Chil, the vulture with the big picture, reveals the hottest jungle gossip: A human child is growing up contentedly with a wolf family in the Indian jungle. It's true! But Mowgli's happy days seem to be over, because Shere Khan is back. The treacherous tiger had stolen the boy from his parents some time ago, was pursued, and burned by a burning torch, so that the little boy was able to escape in the middle of the jungle with the help of Bagheera and Baloo. Since then, Shere Khan hates humans, fears fire, and is searching for his "rightful" prey. There's no question that Mowgli would be better off with humans. Before he comes to this realization, he completes Baloo's jungle school under Bagheera's supervision and is kidnapped by a gang of monkeys. How the hypnotic-looking Kaa contributes to his rescue, and so on, the vulture knows all about it, because: "The jungle is my territory; they call me the high-flyer here. If you want to know how, what, when, and where, ask Chil, because he'll tell you, just like that."
